HOBANZ welcomes the introduction of standards for P testing and decontamination. Unqualified meth testing and decontamination can result in ruined property deals, landlord nightmares, problems for tenants and possible health issues for all involved. Without good guidelines and a “whole system approach” it is impossible to know the seriousness of any given situation and how best to resolve issues that do arise.
